Description:
Welding Flux SJ401 is a type of silicon and calcium based agglomerated flux, the chemical property of which is acidic, taupe to black spherical grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 meshes). Peony Flux SJ401 is suitable for use with AC or DC power; filler wires connect with Positive Electrode while in DC. With excellent technical properties, the flux provides high resistant to stomata.
Applications:
Flux for welding of low carbon steels and some low alloy steels in combination with H08A, being used in locomotive vehicles, mining machinery and other structural applications.
