Description:
Welding Flux HJ260 is a type of fused flux with low-manganese high-silicon medium-fluorine content, gray glassy grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 meshes). Fused Flux HJ260 is suitable for use with DC power, filler wires connect with Positive Electrode. With low sensitivity towards below, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance.
Applications:
Used for welding of acid-proof stainless steel structures in combination with austenitic stainless steels wires such as H0Cr21Ni10, H0Cr21Ni10Ti, etc., and being applied to roll surfacing as well.

Remarks
1. Redry the flux at 300~350ºC for 2 hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, greasy dirt, moisture, etc. should be cleared from welding area.
